This means that you can feel confident that any time you present your Frequent Values™ Card or Voucher that it will be recognised, and you will receive the advertised offer.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the advertised offer from any of the featured businesses, our staff will contact the business to ensure that the problem is promptly rectified, and then follow up with you regarding the outcome. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with the result and that other customers do not have a similar experience.
