Membership Card

Present your membership card with the Frequent Values™ logo at restaurants and hotel accommodation to obtain your benefit. The Rules of Use are listed below.

How It Works 

Dining Out

20% off the Total Bill (up to a maximum deduction of $25 off) - When dining at a restaurant, the restaurant will deduct 20% off the total bill up to a maximum deduction of $25. Only one card may be used per table/party. Before your bill is totalled, present your card to your server. The card may be used on a repeat basis. All restaurant offers are dine in only unless otherwise stated.
Dining in Groups - One card per table/party. One bill for the table - no separate bills.

Takeaway, Activities and Attractions

First, print a Voucher from the website and then present and surrender the Voucher to obtain your deduction. Carefully read each Voucher before using. Offers apply only to the items and terms specified on the Voucher. Vouchers may not be traded and are not transferable. Offers are only valid for four weeks from date of printing. Vouchers can be printed on a "one Voucher per person per day" basis by pressing the "print voucher" button found next to take away restaurants and attractions. Only original printed Vouchers may be used and may not be duplicated.

Accommodation

Enjoy 50% off the rack rate at leading hotels and resorts, or 10% off the lowest promotional rate, whichever provides the greater value (subject to availability).

How to make a booking: 

1. To access the best possible rates and other specials, book online at the Frequent Values™ website.
2. Login to the website and click on the link to Hotel Accommodation, where you can search, compare rates and book online.
3. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking. Print and keep a copy for your reference.
4. Present your Frequent Values™ Membership Card upon check in and enjoy your stay!

Important Information:
 

- Your 50% discount applies to the hotel’s rack rate (the hotel’s maximum published rate that all rates are discounted from), based on single or double occupancy, room only. Hotels may offer short-term special rates and if these rates are the same or lower than those with your 50% discount off the rack rate, you will receive 10% off the best available rate. Hotels which do not have a published rack rate will provide 10% off the best available rate.
 

- The Entertainment™ rate is available for a selected number of rooms at each hotel or until a participating hotel expects to reach a level of occupancy whereby they no longer accept any further discounted bookings.
 

- Some hotels may have a minimum night stay requirement during peak seasonal periods.

- Block out times may apply at selected hotels during peak seasons and special event periods.

- To book online login and follow the link to Hotel Accommodation. Alternatively, call the hotel direct and remember to identify yourself as an Entertainment™ member when booking. Get confirmation of your room rate and secure a confirmation number for your booking.
 

- Hotels may discount only one room per Membership Card per night. Frequent Values™ Membership Cards are non-transferable.
 

- The Entertainment™ rate does not apply to special packages, seasonal, group or convention rates or travel agency bookings and may not be combined with other discount programs.

Retail and Other Services

Read each offer carefully, and present and/or surrender either your Card or Voucher depending on the service.

Offers can be used anytime during regular business hours. Subject to terms and conditions.
